- Preparation of a professional Confidential Business Memorandum. This is a 15-30 page report which provides information about your business with a focus on highlighting all of its positive attributes.
- Targeted email marketing to our proprietary database of buyers.
- Targeted direct mail advertising of promotional materials (‘teasers’) to our database of buyers and to externally identified buyers.
- Contacting investors, private equity groups, industry consultants, transaction attorneys, lenders and other financial professionals to identify target buyers and sellers.
- Working with other reliable M&A consultants and brokers in our industry to help identify potential buyers on file in their company buyer list.
